Cottage Industry's first date with Splendour.

I flew to the gold coast from bondi and the following day Anita, (my mum) and i drove up to woodford
in the dark hoping for a nice sunrise. The weather had been rainy for the previous 3 days and with the deadline we REALLY needed it to be a nice day.
I think my mum was good luck because it turned out to be a really pretty morning. Well a least for the first few hours anyway.
When i got back to the car from shooting the cows my mum was asleep in the passenger side.
She was so PEACEFUL! Thats what Woodford will do to you.
Im insanely jealous of everyone whos going xx

ITS BEEN A LONG WEEK and ive been shooting tons of stuff along with editing the new promo for the tv show.

Here's some random pix taken over the last 3 days. A special mention must go out to the guy asleep, alone, in the bar. Its out of focus and so was i at the time.

92nd street Rockaway Beach

Getting to the Beach when u Live in NYC can be a bit of an ordeal.
3 Trains and an hour and a half later u make it to what can be best described as city meet the sea at 92nd street,.
Surprisingly there was a tiny surfable wave which really made the mission worth it.
A quick "cleanse" and a few waves can really help you keep ur santy in the big app.

The close shot of the surfer heading out is Lower EAST side based photographer Justin Jay.
His photo's have to be seen to be believed!!!!
